When will road construction work near our office end?

We were told by the manager of the construction site and by representatives of the Town of Bar Harbor, that this work may continue through most of the 2024-2025 winter, and some of the final touches will be done around May of 2025. In mean time, while the usual entrance to our parking is blocked, you can get into our parking lot from the MDI YMCA parking lot.

What other fees do we charge?

$30 for filling out forms (exceptions are school physicals, FMLA, employer biometrics and bureau of motor vehicles forms, we do not charge for these forms);

You can also be charged $30 for a no-show or for cancelling your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice;

Dismissal From Practice for No-Shows or Late Calcelations

In our practice we take extra time with every patient, which makes our practice particularly vulnerable with no-shows and late cancelations. Patients who have 3 no-shows or late cancellations (canceling within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment), within 12 months, will be dismissed from practice.
